Hall of Femmes is an initiative that since 2009 complements design history by highlighting the role of women in it. Hall of Femmes has helped to raise the issue of gender equality and the writing of history within the field of design. The project was 2014 awarded with the Bengt Hanser scholarship for »using sold out lectures, great podcasts, several book releases with international impact, to contribute to a more fun field for both men and women – and has in addition given us a more accurate history«

Fredrik Paulsen designs and makes furniture in his ateljé in Stockholm. His practice circulates around doing and he is often using easily accessible materials. An important and large part of his work is to create new platforms to meet and operate within. He is one of the founders of Örnsbergsauktionen and is represented by the gallery Etage Projects in Copenhagen.
